2020 has been a year like no other. A year when engaging social media content has never been more fundamental to support residential sales and marketing strategies. At Tile, we’ve been able to develop residential brands, engage with audiences on local and national level, educate them about current financial incentives as well as take them on a virtual house buying journey without them having to even step outside. Lockdown showed us that people are now, more and more, taking to platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to find the perfect place to live. Seeing a house for sale on Rightmove just simply isn’t enough.

Buying a house is an emotional purchase and for the first time buyer, second steppers or even empty nesters, they are buying into so much more than just bricks and mortar . The emotional side of moving comes with finding the right community. Somewhere you can feel safe yet inspired, alongside likeminded people within a desirable neighbourhood.
