Life at The Acorns
Bringing a development to life, giving a sense of what it will feel like to live there is the challenge facing most large residential projects that have only just broken ground. For Phase 2 of The Acorns we created a design language to convey the idea of a green, family community. Working with developer Maple Oak and main contractor Partner Construction we helped bring this modern luxury development to life.
We created and continue to deliver a full social media strategy to support the developments reach and communication potential with their key target demographics. Utilising different pillars of communication we inspire, inform and engage with the online community, including current tenants of Phase 1. Success stories, show & tell of residents homes, inspiration for interior decoration and practical information such as maintenance all perform key roles in the overall personality of the development.
